Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers

Balance and Physical Therapy Services

FYZICAL is a medical and scientific-based therapy and fitness organization with a broad range of expertise. FYZICAL is a physical therapy franchise leading the charge to transform healthcare from one of “sick care” to “well care” by providing services focused on quality outcomes, total well-being, and prevention.

Our SMART Balance Manager™

Our NeuroCom SMART Balance Manager™ performs Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) balance testing.  CDP is the only method validated by controlled research studies to isolate the functional contributions of vestibular inputs, visual inputs, somatosensory inputs, central integrating mechanisms, and neuromuscular system outputs for postural and balance control. In about 50% of people with chronic balance disorders traditional diagnostic tests are inconclusive because there is no single localized cause for their condition. The NeuroCom SMART Balance Manager™ CDP is “the” only system with the reliability and specificity high enough to be used for the research of balance disorders.
