"We came in for a four month follow up visit. As always the staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Pinson performed software updates to the hearing aids, did a general cleaning on them and asked if any adjustments were needed. She is very helpful and pleasant to talk with. "Was first time for a hearing test and I was very happy with the staff from getting appointment to doing the test and the staff was very cheerful and professional, they were very informative of what my needs were and would definitely recommend them. They will always take the time you need with any questions or problems that may arise, they even are very polite & professional when a moron with a problem comes in and won't shut up and listen so they can do their job, always a grouchy dumb dumb customer wherever you go these days."

"The experience of having my hearing tested at the Dairy Road office went very well. The receptionist was especially cordial, kind, and professional. The audiologist was efficient and went over my test results in an understandable explanation. I plan on returning in a year to monitor my hearing capability. I am glad my doctor refered me to the practice as I can attend appointments without any reluctance, given the excellent receptionist/ scheduler and the well credentialef staff."
