Locations
We have two convenient office locations, both in Melbourne, FL. Please note our Suntree Place office is for audiology services only. Physical therapy services are provided at our Dairy Road office.

Our office is located on Dairy Road in Unit 103. We are just north of Shore Lanes Palm Bay bowling alley, on the opposite side of the road.
